Refund Policy

The closed beta is free. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid features go live in Phase 2.

One-time registration fee

Refundable in full within 7 days of payment if your verification has not yet been completed. Once verification is in progress or complete, the fee is non-refundable.

Premium ad placements

Ad placements are prepaid for a fixed period (typically 30 days). They are non-refundable once activated. If a placement is technically broken (e.g. not displayed during the paid window), contact us at hello@cbc.in for a credit-back.

Earned referral credits

Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Credits forfeit on account closure or terms violation.

Disputes

For payment disputes, contact billing@cbc.in within 30 days of the charge. For chargebacks initiated through your bank, your account may be temporarily suspended pending resolution.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Bank settlement may take an additional 3–5 working days depending on your bank and payment method.
